At the end of the the day, a kid is going to grow up without a dad, a Mom has to bury their child, and a trigger happy horrible police officer has to live with killing an innocent man over some fucking bullshit an internet troll did. This shit is sad.
The swatter douche needs death, I watched the shooting and I saw something right before he shot him. Cop won't get convicted of anything even though it was obviously a terrible mistake. Cop thinks this is a real hostage situation, sees the guy move and bam. Fucked up for sure.

That guy perpetrated a murder dude needs to be sat in a room with that family to hear from them the pain he has caused...then stood against a wall and fire squaded by them.
I remember as a kid we found farts funny. Kids these days are insane. No one is staisfied until they get someone killed.
Why was it merely a terrible mistake for the itchy-fingered policeman who intended someone to die, but a murder charge for the joker who didn't intend someone to die?
Cause and effect. "The Joker" was the catalyst for all of this. It's kind of like Charles Manson going to prison for his entire life, even if he didn't physically kill someone. Sharon Tate wouldn't have died young if Manson hadn't influenced his followers. With that said, incidents like this happen far too often. And, police officers get away with this sort of thing all the time. We need more accountability.
Hiding the real catalyst won't help accountability. The triggerman with the itch to kill. This will get him a promotion. He's now the toughest guy in the precinct.
Because. If the guy he shot had really killed his family and came out and made a sudden move and got shot nobody would care.
Woulda, coulda, shoulda. Stop being so eager to kill people. No one would care? True for you extremists, who want government assassins instantly deciding who lives and who dies. But most people believe in having trials.
Not everyone's afraid of human nature like you. I would have no fear of going in and talking to him. (I've approached and soothed screaming hobos living in the woods a couple of times while hiking.) But if I'm just there to fool him into going to prison for decades for disobeying your holy authority, I'm not interested in helping you. (I'm kind of doing that right now, talking to you.)
