Solid game tonight, Oden was fantastic and really showed me that he has developed an offensive game. Unfortunately for OSU, Oden was the only player to show up, and Humphrey and Brewer delivered dagger after dagger. Anybody think Humphrey has the possibility of being a solid pro? A Freddy Hoiberg type maybe?

If I was a GM with a low 2nd round pick, and I was looking for perimeter play and shooting, I might take a flyer on him. The kid is a DYNAMITE shooter.

I wish I saw this game. I hate OSU. I knew Florida would beat them though, there was no way they would lose in the championship.

Oden was great, but everybody else had an off night. They were chucking and bricking from 3 and they fumbled SO MANY loose balls. Oh well. I also think Thad Matta is an idiot for not resting Oden at ALL in the 2nd half.</div>what kills me is that it wasn't the Florida D, that made them miss so many 3's. A lot of them were wide open!!was a good game regardless.Motta should rotated more guys in the 2nd half.curious that he couldn't recognize that Oden was running out of steam and wasn't as effective on the boards.

Great game by Florida. Ohio State could not do what they've done all season which was hit threes. It's rare that Butler and Lewis only combine for 1 three made in a game. Humphrey and Green really lit it up and hit shots when they needed it and Horford just seemed to be everywhere. Conley and Oden seemed like the only ones who wanted to actually win that game. Everyone else just stood on the perimeter and jacked up 3's knowing they wouldn't fall. Oh well, as we say in every sport in Ohio, ALWAYS NEXT YEAR, and the year after that, and the year after that, and the year after that, and the year after that, and the year after that.

I'll give props to Lewis who adjusted his game in the 2nd half and started to drive.too bad it took him that long to do it...

I knew from the beginning of the tourney that Florida would win it all. They have just a fantastic starting five. They were just too much for OSU last night. It was good to see Oden not get into foul trouble and a heck of a game. He was the reason that OSU was in it until Conley started scoring at the end.

Florida wins....Lee Humphrey, Corey Brewer, and Taurean Green were all good shooting the ball, whereas Ohio State completely SUCKED shooting the ball. Ron Lewis was decent, finishing on breaks, and getting a few drives and mid range jumpers to go, but he and Jamar, and Cook really dissapointed the team shooting wise.Corey Brewer was really good on the other side of the ball, and had a lot of forced steals. He also used his quickness to get some hoops, and like I said, shot the ball very well. He was the POTG imo...Al Horford started to heat up at the end, but before that alot of his turnaround jumpers in the post weren't falling, and he wasn't being efficient offensively. But he got that little jumper to go, and got some nice points around the basket too.Greg Oden was simply phenomenal. It was sad to see him go home without a smile on his face, or a trophy. I literally didn't want to see his look of dissapointment at the end, because I like his game ALOT, and he played so hard, and so well, particuarly in the 2nd. He has such a strong body, and he is able to back down his man to the hoop so easily. He could work more on footwork and his post moves, but he also has a very nice touch, and he's got the jump hook thing going for him to some extent. And also, he is very athletic for a 7 footer. He just DOMINATED yesterday.I wish the game would have came down to the wire....definately not an amazing National Championship game.

I picked Florida when everyone announced they would come back, I picked them in my pool, and I picked them before the game. They didn't let me down. The bottom line was Florida made open shots, and OSU didn't.Brewer played very well on both sides of the ball, and he deserved MOP. Noah didn't have a great game, but Richards really stepped up. I've been saying all year that he's so underated. He could be starting on any other team in the country. Horford played really well too. Green and Humphrey were a combined 7/10 from 3, and Green played pretty well after a not so good performance against UCLA.Greg Oden was great. I was very surprised he didn't have to sit out at all because of foul trouble. And all this about him not having passion for the game or whatever just because he doesn't scream or pound his chest every time he scores is so stupid. Anyone could tell if they watched the game that he does love the game. Congrats to Florida

actually the title game was the first time I saw the desire in Oden's play to be the difference maker. There was an urgency and energy that was lacking in the 3 previous March Madness games I saw him play.

I didn't think the game was that grade. It always seems that the games leading up to the last game are better then the actual championship.
