    I agree he needs a big man coach but I don’t care who you are at that size and height with that skill you should not be missing that many easy layups in half a season so far regardless of having a coach or not

    I think it's a confidence thing. You get a Kareem type to show him that he needs to commit to a specific arsenal of moves to the basket.... and he will develop.

    Nurk shoots 38% from 10-15 and 36% from 16-3pt

    That's around .72 to .76 Points Per Possession when he shoots those.

    So why the fuck does Stotts let him shoot those? For reference, we get .93 PPP when Turner shoots 3s.
