They will battle for the 8th seed but I can’t see anything past that, especially since you can expect AD to miss another 5 games or so this year. Plus it changes things for the deadline. New Orleans, who has been aggressive looking for a wing, may back off a bit now thinking they should just make their moves this offseason because making a run in the playoffs is out of question.

I was looking forward to seeing Cousins/Davis putting fear into a top seed in playoffs. Now I don't care about Pelicans.

Ya, my bad. I meant on the money front. As far as recovering, man I don't know. I was just talking to one of strength and conditioning guys and he said it will be tougher for a big like him to come back, compared to a guard like Wes.

 

...Elton Brand was able to play several solid years after coming back from same injury and he relied even more on his athleticism as a "big" so I am sure Boogie will be just fine since his game isn't as explosive
