    Bottom line is Ed won't be included in any trade unless it brings back a really good player.....that Dames approves of. Which I am ok with. Ed is too valuable to this team just to be included in some lateral move.

    Is it about Ed being Dame's buddy, or is it about Dame perceiving that Ed provides value to the team that goes beyond the box score? I interpreted it as the second.
