Could be. Only sweats at the corners of the mouth. Possible I suppose.

I'm intrigued that the new spokesman for the Democratic party is a white, Ivy League-educated, trust-fund male attorney from the Northeast with a family history of politics and little to no job experience. Maybe I'm wrong...Does 2 years in the Peace Corps and 2 years as an Assistant DA qualify you for President?

You know, one time I'd like to have someone run for office that had to like, you know, balance a checkbook or clip a coupon or buy the "heavily discounted, just don't look at the expiration date" chicken.

    Time to embrace diversity, amirite?

It was like every other state of the union. Opposing party sits on their hands and scoffs under their breath. Supporting party claps every fucking sentence.

I sure wish the tax breaks were this year and not starting next year. Im pretty depressed seeing my return is half what i expected.

I don't want to talk about the chicken. We got the tail end of a supply ships stores once. Nothing left but chicken!
Chicken packed in 1942 print right on the cases. Well we stored the shit, but it became crab bait in Kagoshima.
It was better than no dinner though.

Jobs are everywhere. If you can’t get a job then that is on you and we already had hat discussion. You live over your means. Don’t want to sell your gas guzzling truck to commute for a job.
Update: I don’t know if jobs are there where you are utvhere are job openings in all sorts of fields in the nw.
My suggestion is expand your search criteria.

Sure, someone who didn't have a high paying job, someone who worked as, like, a community organizer or something.

That what you got in mind?

If you are sufficiently well qualified, it just requires getting to know someone in the industry. Check the credits of your favorite pornos and try to contact the producers.

Ive applied to everything from city cop to walmart greeter. Jobs ranging from minimum wage to $22 an hour IT positions. I dont need to sell my truck. Our bills are paid we just cant afford to have fun or buy a house yet. I want a job cause im bored and like to pay my debts off early. Just don't get why employers post jobs then ignore people who apply. I even became a certified uber driver and so far havent had a single hit for a ride. My car has unlimited wifi, everyone should want a ride.

Had 1 hit from progressive as a claims agents. Call center work which i despise but i want a check. They had me to 2 hour long questionaires and said id get a call withing 48 hours thanks to being most qualified. 2 weeks later no calls but i get an email saying sorry buddy. Lol

You weren't meant to work for someone else. Everyone should become an entrepeneur. Make your first million before you're 30.

You're not motivated, but you can always look up the temp agency with the most physical work. That's where the illegal Mexicans go in Bellingham.

10 years ago after I had sold the paintings on my walls and was down to my last $30, I lasted one day driving poles with a sledgehammer in the rain and mud. The alcoholic I was partnered with for the day showed me how to build a stone wall on pilings. I was the energy and he was the brains. He had no energy. When we got paid, I last saw him walking to the bar. My legs were locked and it took a week to walk normally again. But you're young and in shape; you'd last 2 or 3 days to my 1. There's crappy work to be had, but conservatives think they're above it. Class system, always talk about "leading."

My view is that if the military captures someone on the battlefield, they're a POW or equivalent (combatant). If they're arrested by domestic police type agencies (FBI, police, etc.), they're criminals.

I had mixed feelings about the speech. It was certainly light on policy, and only half of that was what I consider good.

Touting his successes was a good part of the speech.

Talking about immigration issues was pretty much awful.

Has anyone seen the bit online about how Baron was 'recast'? They showed a picture of him, and admittedly his earlobes are totally different shapes...
