Pretty much what ive been doing, good advice. I count my blessing often, like i said bills are paid im not losing even jobless, im just getting bored and want to pay debts faster. Even if i go jobless till next year the bills will be paid and when i sell my house i should make enough to pay off our vehicles thanks to the market shooting up. Doesnt change the fact i want a job to keep busy. I offered to shadow an electrician for free just for experience and he said ya but then never called me to go to a job. Im just saying i dont see all these jobs that are supposedly being added. I think its because as a 31 year old white male i have no EoE value so employers skip over me for someone who will bring a tax break.
You need to shuck those thoughts. Perhaps true but not helpful now. Try thinking about working anywhere. Where is there a shortage of help in the whole dang country? Yeah I know, you may have to be out and alone for awhile. Sitting and thinking bad thoughts sucks worse though.
For instance; https://www.google.com/search?q=Ship yard work LA&client=aff-maxthon-newtab&channel=t2 I hear the biggest impedement to building the new Navy is lack of help! Well go there!
Which is why moving to a new town where i dont know anyone is hard. I found a church i like so hopefully it will help me network

Both Portland Audubon and Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife have responded to this situation and the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service is also directly involved. At least 10 dead crows spanning a multi-block radius have now been collected.
