    just kidding, if you support the franchise (club), youll support it no matter what, so Id never quit on the Blazers and if youd be willing to quit on the franchise, then you never were a true and honest fan in the first place...

    Never? I kind of understand this sentiment, but not really.

    Even if my wife of 1/3 of a century did certain things, I would abort my fandom of her. Now, those things are very, very, very unlikely to happen, but not impossible. There are divorced people here, so apparently some others feel the same.

    I am a much, much bigger fan of my wife than I am the Blazers, and I consider myself a serious homer.

    I would continue to support them if they moved to Vegas or Vancouver BC. I wouldn't if they moved to Seattle or someplace like Louisville, Pittsburgh, or San Jose, California.
