<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE </div><div class='quotemain'>Sources: Huggins Leaves K-State For West Virginia 5th April, 2007 - 3:50 pm aol.com - Bob Huggins has resigned after one year as head coach at Kansas State to take over at his alma mater, West Virginia, according to a local newspaper. Huggins replaces John Beilein, who left West Virginia this week to become the head coach at Michigan. [READ]</div> Wow, he's the reason Bill Walker and Michael Beasley wanted to go there, say goodbye to the Kansas State revival...yikes.
I don't know how you can leave Kansas State when Michael Beasley is playing for your team next year. Along with Walker coming back from injury, those two were going to be pretty special paired up with each other.

I guess Walker's stuck there, and Huggins kinda screwed that kid over.. I wonder what Beasley plans on doing..
Makes sense, he's from West Virginia, played basketball there, and graduated from there. He kinda hosed KSU but I can understand why he went to WVU.
Kansas St. Official: "We will not release recruits from Letters of Intent"http://nbadraft.net/rabinowitz008.asp Ouch. It really sucks for the KSU recruits, they went to an average school to play under a very good coach at a rebuilding program...it sucks but these guys have to realize that this stuff happens and weight the risks.
Yeah but huggins couldnt pass up the chance born and raised wvuhe'll just start getting everyone to go there maybe patrick patterson will go there since hes still undecidedbill walker if it wasnt for the torn acl would declare and be ripping it up
It's interesting now Michael Beasley may think about going somewhere else like Memphis, because of Derrick Rose's constant blabbering that he should go to Memphiswith him now. Can you imagine that Memphis team..Joey Dorsey, Chris Douglas-Roberts, Jeremy Hunt, Derrick Rose, and Michael Beasley.

Something similar happened to my sister, actually. She signed to go to Central Connetcuit St University for a scholarship for tennis, instead, they cut their tennis program a week later. She got out of it obviously, and then signed with University at Albany for the full scholarship. But, then the Coach left for somewhere, I think it was St. Bonaventure or something..Happens all the time. The players, and team will recover.
