It would actually not make this roster better at all. It would make it thin up front. You guys don't like Meyers. I get that. But Meyers is valuable as a back up. If you don't have him you lose a backup that can come in a drill a three just he just did last week. He has played well this year but most just simply cannot figure this out? Don't give me that "For the money" crap. Go find a backup 7 footer that likes being here and will do whatever you ask of him and let me know what he will cost. If you come back anything higher than 7 mil you don't have an argument at all. That is if you can find one anywhere at all?

How would it make us better? He doesn’t even play. If anything it would just ruin the locker room. If nothing else, the guy is a supportive teammate. Stuff like that matters. He’s smart. He’ll stick in the league just by being a good cheerleader.

Thanks (except for the sarcasm). I can think of various ways to calculate a team's average number of players over a season (add number on each day and divide by number of days, do the same but by games instead of days, etc.) so I won't take up anyone's time and look for the calculation method, which isn't on the link you gave.

Thank you! So my initial theory, that the required minimum can go below 14 during the season (other than just Active/Inactive changes), was right. Surprise.

You gave a wrong answer, then admitted you had known your answer was wrong:

    Yes, isn't collaboration just awful?

    You're interpreting that incorrectly.

Teams are required to have 14 players on their roster (with a maximum of 15). They can have 12 or 13 on the 'active' list for each game while the other players are 'in-active' and don't suit up for games.

Per Larry's FAQ, question 79, it says:
Teams can drop below that 14-man roster for up to 2 weeks.

Boy, that’s confusing, but it looks like you’re right. 14 minimum.

I wonder why they have the minimum 12-man roster charge on the salary cap.

I agree. Who knows how much he will play, but i'll tell you this, he can hit the 3 when open.

Literally, sarcasm. I didn't know it wasn't obvious. It sounded really stupid, I thought people would understand it was sarcasm.

Apparently we tried to make a move for Troy Williams before we signed Rush but he preferred a move to New York.

If he can be capable of playing in the same skill set as ET, Stotts should give him ET's minutes so the millionaire might become aware and get off the seat. AAtXzOh.jpg
