So glad Uecker made the HOF. NOBODY loves the game of baseball more. Hank Aaron put it best. He got famous just being himself. He told the same jokes on Carson that he'd getting his teammates to laugh at for years. Somebody like that is comforting in a world where everything is manufactured and fake.
Actually, you were spot on with your comment. These rankings are essentially useless. Just used for entertainment/discussion purposes. MM, I believe, was also saying you were spot on in his own unique humorous way. You would think you'd get smarter by asking questions, but I certainly feel dumber for having visited this forum....
Uh, we beat the Jazz and are ahead of them in the standings. Jazz had a hot run, but they seemed to have come back to earth and lost another last night. I do agree on the Celtics.
He has admitted that he doesn't even watch the game. Really no point in a discussion with him, because he is the most knowledgeable poster on the forum.
