Was mos def lined up to play tennis at the college im going to (D2). Then I tore my ACL and it was up in the air until a few days ago when they got a new coach and the guy basically begged me to rehab my ass of so I can come and play for his team in the fall.

And those are the ones nto good enough for the NBA....</div> Exactly. Most NBDL players were All-State and top 75 college recruits. Most Euro-teams are made up players that were elite where they grew up and have played in Euro-tournaments and been in the game most of their lives. It's just hard for me to believe that Tony could play there...I mean where do you play Tony, in like a rec-league? From that video you posted the competition didn't look very good and it was in an empty gym.

I already stated 4-5 times in my other posts that the players I play with are extremely talented. I know dunking doesn't make you a good basketball player, but they can do 360s, windmills, ect. Some dudes are 6-7, 6-8. I get stuck guarding those big guys sometimes, so I have experience guarding bigger players.I shouldn't have said anything, I knew people like BCB who aren't good at anything would make a smart comment.
Oh shi..I could def. see myself playing collegiate baseball if I keep my grades up, work hard, and really "want it".. I've taken so much for granted, and I know I cant do that now in HS - with college scouts around.. I throw about 78 mph pitching, I've always been the best defensive player on the field, and I hit for average (I hit .620 2 years ago, and .480 last summer).. I love basketball and football, but baseball is my first love obviously - and I live for it..

I could see myself coming off the bench for a Euro team.</div>really? that surprises me since you're guard height but play big man. Unless you get a bit taller I don't see you hanging with 6'2" guards. As for me, I could see myself being all-american in model UN........but that's about it.
<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE </div><div class='quotemain'>BALLA, what team do you play for? Aret you homeschool?</div>I played varsity basketball as a freshmen a few years ago. Our team was really good also, one of the best teams in the state. Other than that, I have been playing on highly competitive travel teams.I just became home schooled recently. My friend Ryan from school used to play HS basketball against some of the best players in state, like Marcus and Carl Landry, Brian Butch, Mike Flowers and Greg Steimsma....he was a very solid player, but there's no way he could play in Europe and he was 6'4".
<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE </div><div class='quotemain'>I just became home schooled recently. (thank god)</div>how are you enjoying homeschooling. I hated it when I was homeschooled for a year, but probably because my parents are both tenured professors who piled on the assignments. What style of homeschooling are you doing? the way I did it was they hired individual teachers for each class, do you do a similar thing?
<span style="color:#008080">I couldnt play my freshman year in HS because of some toe problems, but im trying out next year as a sophmore, im gonna keep working at it, I wanna go to a division 1 school and play some college ball and maybe the WNBA </span>

Since I just became home schooled recently, I had the chance to go to public schools my entire life and make a ton of friends. I feel bad for kids who have been home schooled most of their life, and never get that chance. I see my friends every day, I have a ton of free time, I get to sleep in. What more can I ask for?As for how it's done. I take classes online, and have a teacher come to my house two days per week.
I would never home school my child. It really isnt the part about the friends. Cause everyone thinks home schooled kids dont have friends. But being home schooled, you dont learn a damn thing about life. It's a lack of understand getting out on your own in the real world

<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE </div><div class='quotemain'>As for how it's done. I take classes online, and have a teacher come to my house two days per week.</div>Oh. Yeah it was hell for me workwise, it was like what rich kids in the 1800s went through, I had individual tutors for every class, I was studying 10 hours per day. I had to take college classes alongside my tutoring classes and I was only 11 years old.The only bright side was that the college classes count towards AP high school credits even though I took them in middle school.
I wasn't really referring that to you, Tony. Some kids parents home school them forever, which is sad
I wish I were homeschooled, my favorite way to start the day is around 9:00 to some early cartoons, then shoot around, catch a show on G4 and get to working...thats what I do in the summer.
