Not taking anything away from him, but he seems to be part of the 2nd tier stars that are treated as a 1st tier star. I know that PER is not the only indicator, but his career high is barely over 20 and his averaged is under 19. Compared to Damian, who has had 4 out of 6 years *over* 20, and a career average of almost 21.
