As I’ve said before it’s like comparing a robot with a gazelle.....an old school robot without leg joints.

I don’t think I ever said we were better without Aminu, just that when others got a chance, they delivered.

I think we are better with Chief coming off the bench....and while we are at it bring Nurk off the bench too. He can be focal point of second unit and Ed is better next to Zach so if Collins starts so should Ed IMO.

I like Noah...last season when Chief went down we suffered too...he's just our best option against superstar SFs and PFs....I think Chief is underrated..but I've said that already...

Definitely been better than I was expecting. I think in ~2 years he could be a solid piece on a contending Blazers team.

solid 9/10. Full marks if a Kristin Blake photo would've been attached.

Edit: And a 12.666 for Jackie Christie. Who my wife says is very nice in person, if she doesn't think you're after her man.

Please no. These days there are very few centers who can actually be the focal point of any offense, and Nurk is not one of them.

I think Nurk would dominate second unit bigs pretty easily and would be a better option in the second unit than any other players in that unit.

Nurk is our franchise starting center ....Ed is our backup..Chief is our starting power forward ...Zach is our bench power forward..to me it doesn't matter that much who starts but who ends games...we're on a winning streak using this formula and beat Golden State and the Jazz doing it....I wouldn't change a thing ...Collins is ahead of the curve but he's not taking Nurk's spot anytime soon. Collins just had his first impact endgame and folks are giddy he hit a three when we needed one....it's great he did but it doesn't make him a rookie starter to me...I like the kid..I love Nurk...

I like Nurk, but he is not ready to have the offense run through him. Do you really want to rely on him at this time to make unforced passes and take unforced shots? There is reason why guards now dominate the offense. Napier and CJ are much better options than Nurk at this time.

I think Zach has already taken over what chief provides if they were given the same minutes. But closing games with Zach/Ed has been a winning formula.

I don’t count CJ as part of the second unit, I was talking about running through Nurk when a line up of Napier/Pat/Turner(Hark)/Chief/Nurk. I would never make Nurk the focal point with Dame, CJ, or even Zach on the floor. I don’t trust Nurk at all.

This reminds me of when people were in here saying that Jake Layman was just as good as Crabbe if they had the same minutes. Collins has not take over what Chief provides. Calm down. Besides, it's best to have BOTH and not one or the other. Depth!

Maybe I’m biased because I don’t like Bambi....at all. He looks like a walking turnover to me, I hate his awkward drives in the lane. He offers decent D and can usually hit the WIDE OPEN spot up 3. Collins does both too, and has a better post up game. Other than the contract I’ve never understood the Chief love.

Layman to Crabb is a far cry from comparing Zach to Chief

Layman has NEVER shown consistency on either end of the floor.

A better comparison would be rookie Crabbe to Batum...

Honestly, at this point meyers is perfectly fine for what he is. Hes never going to be a starting center, but after this many years in the league he knows what hes doing and is honestly not all that bad. I never cringe when I see him on the floor like I used to. Hes still a lil stiff but he's a hulking dude and takes up space in the middle, and can hit a three from time to time.

Collins is dope, and his potential is through the roof. What I like about him is that death stare he has when playing, particularly in intense moments. Hes kinda terrifying and I like it.

How many minutes have Nurk and Collins played together this year? How can you say definitively that Zach and Ed are better together than Nurk and Zach would be?
