Hey guys. I can't find my old NBA2K thread so here's a new one. I started over. Turned off injuries. The league rosters just like they are today and I lost the first three games so I made a complete roster overhaul with one rule. I won't trade Dame. I was very creative and I was able to put a team together that is now 12-9. Here's the roster now: Starters Damian Lillard Blake Griffin Kyle Korver Marcus Morris DeAndre Jordan Bench Tyler Lydon Terry Rozier Langston Galloway Willie Reed and then these guys never play: Paul Pierce Jake Layman Shane Larkin Furkan Kormaz Jerryd Bayless 2 way contracts Wade Baldwin IV Torrey Craig Blake Griffin is really good on this game. Just drive him into the paint and he dunks. Lydon is really good too. He's not hurt in my game. He was playing in G League so I traded for him and then called him up. He's averaging 19 ppg. What do you think? What are you doing on NBA2K nowadays?
I'm playing Start Today with Blazers, started over again yesterday and intend to take the team to the end of season and then play full 2017-18 post draft (my draft target is Miles Bridges and I'll trade up to get him). It's very easy to trade for Blake Griffin so I might do that as well but I'll only keep him around for one season as he bloats the salary too much. I also have a great Start Today with 76ers which I started before they played in Milwaukee (at 34-27) and got to 41-29 now by playing some and partly simulating some (when the game is less interesting for me I'll simulate first two or three quarters and play the rest). I'll obviously get LeBron when he's available in the offseason so next season I am aiming for 65-70 wins. Also want to start a new one with Pelicans, probably today. They're fun to play, plus they get a boost the following season through getting Cousins back. Rondo, Holiday, Moore, Mirotic and Davis is an extremely fun to play line up, definitely my favourite of all teams I don't actually follow in real life that much (76ers, Jazz for example I do follow on a regular basis without being their fan). Also with Jazz at some point (Mitchell is amazing). I had a save with them but deleted by accident.
I don't know what the big PP is doing on your team and not playing. If your not going to give him any playing time I'd have enough respect to waive him at least. So that he can get a better chance at another ring.
Interesting that you ask this...... considering I'm married with kids, have a job and and am NOT 12 YEARS old, it's NOT doing?
