    This happened at a night club? She was a stripper? Not saying that makes it right at all, just trying to get the whole picture. Sounds like he got drunk at this club and did something he terribly regrets. But, yeah reading that interview, sounds like he at least did some degree of what he was accused of.

    No. There was insufficient evidence against him. I doubt they do that. The implications are signifigant but I bet the NBA stays out of it.

    People who try to push the narrative that Kobe raped her is the bullshit. He didn't. The sex was completely consensual. He did however do something that wasn't consensual and that, was skeet skeet on her face when she said no. Yup.

    Furthermore: The claim was not that he penetrated her with his Andre the Giant sized fingers; it was that he cupped her and his finger tip made it past the lip. That's far from penetration and far from "impossible". But it's still assault.
