These two players are really good. Elton Brand plays on the Clippers and Carlos Boozer plays on the Jazz. Carlos Boozer is 28 years old and Elton Brand is 30 years old. Elton has been playing in the NBA since 2000 and Carlos since 2003, Brand was out of Duke and so was Boozer. The Jazz are in 5th place right now and the Clippers are in a fight with my team the Warriors. Who would you rather have on your team if just started a team and was able to choose one.
Anybody want to choose any of these players? If you guys feel this two players aren't a good match tell me and I will switch to two others.
I'll take Brand. He's extremely dominate down-low, and he's only 6'8". Boozer is a great complementary player to assists a dominate guard or small forward. Boozer takes pressure off of AK47 and also is a perfect commodity for Deron Williams. Brand can win you games as your leader, Boozer can't. I'll take E.B. :winkglasses:
Brand these two look similar by stats but not by real play. Brand is a leader, better inside scorer, and they are equal in rebounding. Also Brand plays more consistent the Boozer and has a much better perimeter game.
I would have to choose Elton Brand. He is a great player, and so is Boozer but Elton carries his team to victory. Elton doesn't have the great players that Boozer has to work with. Like Pinoy was saying the stats might seem the same but to me Elton does a lot more than Boozer does to help his team out.
