Re: 'Melo and AI can't play together! Right?! I mean, they've only won seven in a row... these two can't co-exist!
Re: 'Melo and AI can't play together! Yeah seriously, all these haters are silent. The whole team is coming together finally and at the perfect time. AI and 'Melo are playing well together, Camby is dominating like always, Nene is starting to play to his potential, Kleiza is surprising everybody becoming a great role player for us, Blake is doing his thing.
Re: 'Melo and AI can't play together! Allen Iverson has proven me wrong and shown that he has the ability to pass first before shooting and he can shoot at the right time when he needs to or just is driven to score. This Nuggets team just needs some more pieces to make the perfect puzzle in my opinion. Camby staying healthy the whole season.. whoda thunk?
Re: 'Melo and AI can't play together! And the funny thing is even when we were losing and people said stuff AI+Melo were working very good together it was the inconsistent bench sometimes, and mostly the awful D. But they been trying extra harder on D that is why they winning not cause AI+Melo finally started to click together because they clicked together even during those loses, but the haters only looked at the loses probably did not even watch the games.lol

I've been watching him pretty much his whole career, and knew he had the ability to pass-first, but the amount that he has deferred and sacrificed/changed his game has really astonished me. I guess he really DID need the right players around him for him to change his game... now he lets Carmelo do his thing, and instead of looking to shoot off pick-and-rolls, he looks to pass first, shoot second. If somebody makes a play defensively, he'll get them the ball the next possession on offense to reward them. He's a completely different player out there. He's really been given the green light when Melo is out of the ball game. That is when Karl apparently wants him to take over. If you watch the games, you'll notice when Carmelo is out, everybody starts setting screens for Iverson and Blake starts looking for him off the screens as well, or they'll just isolate AI and let him do whatever. But he puts it together very well in the fourth quarter. He's really showing another side of his game. I honestly think he could average double-digit assists next season if Karl handed him the reigns of the offense instead of playing Blake at point guard for 60-65% of the game.EDIT: By the way, the Nuggets clinched a playoff spot tonight!

Exactly he can trust guys around him now, and deff has a clear #2 actually clear #1 I should say now in Melo he can count on not having to do it all him self. Yep like this game against Jazz Camby blocked 2 shots in a row I THINK, and AI ran the down the court, and set him up for a EASY dunk rewarded him for what he did on the D side.WOW thank you someone else said it I also think always thought he could average double digit assists if Karl played him at PG, and stop with the Blake let JR start guys would not take the size advantage as much. JR is active can steal, and put pressure on guys more. But mostly won't get taking advantage of cause of his size. I agree Karl should deff run AI at PG glad someone else thinks so.And hahaha they clinched the playoffs since the day they traded for AI the way I looked at it. LOLI had no dought that they be in the playoffs even when they split to 8th at one point I think.
