Re: The '24' Sucks Thread I've watched every season, including this one, and it's horrible, I can hardly watch it anymore. Every storyline is being rehashed, the ratings are down, people on the messageboards and in the media have been calling 24 out....I mean everything has been done before and it's so god damn boring. The show killed it's Chinese storyline and boom Jack comes in like Superman to fight off more Arab/Russian terrorists with nukes, it's like give me a break...not to mention the 25th amendment thing being used again....and don't forget that god awful stupid vice president storyline....what vice president would be that polar opposite of the president? Come on. This show, one of my favorites has gone to hell.
Re: The '24' Sucks Thread I agree. I actually have stopped bothering with the show - its disappointing because I was hyping season 6 like no other. I watched all 5 seasons in a span of like a month just so I could watch season 6 all caught up. Its the same stuff all over again - nothing fresh.

It is nothing fresh, but they have made it a little less predictable. In the last episode, you couldn't tell if what you were seeing was fake or true. They faked both the entire team's death as well as a nuclear missile assault.

Checklist of Season 6 stories that have happened before. - Jack comes back from terrible circumstances only to bounce back in 20 minutes and turn into Rambo.- An attempt is made on the Presidents life.- A Vice President is a completely different political party than the President- A Presidential advisor betrays the President- Jack goes into a foreign consolate and kills people- Bad guys have nuclear weapons- 25th Amendment used- Jack stops nuclear bomb at the last second- Suspected traitor at CTU- Jack wanted under arrest by CTU or the government but gets out of it.- Jack working alone when CTU is against him and uses help from a friend at CTU I could go on and on and on....

Re: The '24' Sucks Thread I don't really think it sucks but I definetly haven't been impressed with this season. The episodes no longer have you on the edge of your seat like they did in the past which was a major reason for me liking the show.

The first season was amazing, the 2nd-5th seasons were all either pretty good but not great or average amd the 6th season has sucked so far.

Re: The '24' Sucks Thread You guys should watch Prison Break, now thats a good showI love Lost too lol, nothing makes sense in it, but the acting and the individual stories for each show are always good.
