He's pretty much the consensus pick for "next gilbert arenas". He's one of those guys that, if you watch him, you can tell he's going to be special.
As for Jackson, he'd be extremely valuable in the triangle. Real crisp passer, great scorer, good defender. Would be great next to Kobe.
