I couldn't quite figure out why this poor guy getting killed by accident didn't bother me as much as all the ones I've seen where the cops obviously had bad intentions. Then I watched the first half of this.
Great, another arrogant woman pissed off because Youtube is limiting her video views. Have you warned the authorities?
What part of "BACK AWAY FROM MY VEHICLE!" didn't the moron understand? Total flop by the "victim" who deliberately planted herself against the hood of the cop car. She wasn't injured and the car did not actually strike her. It simply drove away slowly and she fell off the hood she was leaning against.
Not the first time she's been involved in staging fake injuries as a way to get attention for her dubious causes: http://fox40.com/2015/10/28/woman-arrested-at-sacramento-city-council-meeting-speaks-out/
You've gotta have more evidence of a threat than getting your car jostled before you can run someone over. I would have to say that running someone over at a high rate of speed in a crowd shows unconcern for the health of the victim who may or may not have been involved in the preceding jostling. Edit - I'll bet the loved ones would love to repay the officer's favor in kind.
