OT What if he was black??

If I were walking North starting at Madison on SW6th Ave. in Portland, pointing that thing at people, I would expect to be shot before I reached Burnside.

 

It certainly doesn't look like the typical metal pipe.

 

Even if it was just a pipe, that does not mean it does not shoot now. People including me, have made single shot hand guns out of pipes. Not really difficult at all.

 

I made a pretty simple air gun out of a small cardboard tube that shot a rubber hood bumper and put a 3" deep dent in a car door.

Next "unarmed" will be when a suspect has a gun with no bullets and the cops will be in trouble for not knowing they didn't have bullets.

I've already said a bazillion times that overall black kids get fucked by the courts. Over and over.

If the "Affluenza" kid was Carlton from The Fresh Prince of Bel Air it could have been the same outcome. That's ALL I was trying to say.

 

Well, we're not talking about a case where a suspect has a gun but no bullets so why don't we wait 'till we're faced with that to deal with it? Or at least we could take it up as a separate issue, which it is.

 

Let's clarify things, I wasn't talking about the courts. I was referring to the generalized case.
