    Ollllsheeee!

Your man here can't even type. I hope you don't pay him $17 mill per year. More like $1-2M/yr.

I didn't mean that they'd have more cap space by getting Oladipo, only that they'd have a ready now player who combined with a few more free agents who can compete now would give them a team that could play a bit of basketball already without having to go through 5-6 years rebuild which more often ends up in what Sacramento are today than in what Philadelphia have.

This article perfectly drags Olshey through the mud and asks a lot of the questions I wanted him to be asked at the exit interviews.

Was Eggers there? If not, why not? If he was, why didn't he ask these "questions" then?

2 misspellings. We are seeing Olshey's hiring skills at work. He should have paid his secretary $17M/yr to post here instead of you.

You have proven that Olshey is right! Great proof there! Does Olshey ever think of anything the next day? Maybe he should.

Neil Olshey is a coward... he is scared to make a big move... he knows this is a failed experiment and won’t admit it! You have to take a big risk for big reward. Do the right thing and trade CJ.

I can't respect someone who doesn't ask tough questions at the press conference and then "drags him through the mud" afterwards. Man up and ask these questions when you had the chance.

If that’s what you got out of that article I don’t know what to say.

That slimey con man Neil Olshey is trying to tell fans the playoffs were just a bad matchup, an outlier... he doesn’t mention that if the Blazers don’t have that win streak (the true outlier) the record is 36-33... barely over .500 and nowhere near the playoffs... losing 9 of their last 10, and 16 of their last 21... unbelievable... he wants fans to bifurcate the losses... THE TEAM WE SAW IN THE PLAYOFFS IS THE REAL BLAZERS TEAM! And that used car salesman wants to keep rolling with Dame/CJ combo when they are only players with value to significantly change roster

Here is my favorite quote from the article: "Olshey, mostly, spent a half-hour filling in reporters on the outstanding job he has been doing, and how doltish the critics of his work are among the media and Blazer fans."
Also noticed in there that Olshey claims it was the New Orleans series that illustrated some deficiencies in the Blazers. WTF? He didn't notice those deficiencies until that series?

I actually didn't vote to get rid of Olshey in a poll we had recently. But now that I realize he isn't firing Stotts, I would like to change my vote.

Winning has never been important to me when posting here. We are all Blazer fans and all want the Blazers to do better.

You know what I am sick of tired off, is Blazers fan's like some on you calling for Oshley to get fired.

He almost won GM of the year 3 easons ago when we overachieved and was left with bread crums after L.A left us hanging. Everyone was saying he picked up nice role players in Harkless, Davis and Amuni.

Last year send Plume packing for Nurk and a draft pick. Nurk has been a way better defender then soft ass Plumlee and was also the reason why we were a good defensive team in the regular season.

The bad contracts we signed were not the best decsion I will say. But most forget we needed to spend a good amount of cap money that year to get to or above the salary cap. We missed out on Parsons (thank god) and Whitside and Turner was the 3rd option. He didn't need to resign Crabbe, Leonard or Harkless but he did. Leonard was a horrible sign, Harkless not so much and Turner is overpaid and doesn't fit. But I can show you every single NBA team that has bad contracts or etc. and btw, how many big free agents have the past GM's signed. Yet that right, none. So don't blame Oshley for not signing a big free agent.

I like to max contracts Lillard and C.J. Lillard loves it here, is superstar material, and C.J is a top S.G. How many superstar players that love and want to resign here have we had in the past? Yes I'm waiting.

this season, we bring back a team that did well after we got Nurk last year but it was a small sample size and Nurk got injured.

We got to see what they could do this year. And while it was a very disappointing end and a disaster playoffs, we did have a good regular season.Defense improved from within,
Guess who is to blame for our playoff failure, it's Stotts. Stotts was the main reason we lost this series. He didn't prepare the team , he didn't adjust at all to Gentry's coaching. He didn't start running C.J. and Dame off the ball until game 4. He didn't put Nurk in the post enough to take advantage of Mirotić on him. I was screaming every single game, and watched him start to do it in game 4 with great success. He didn't trap Holiday at all, and let Rondo score and beat us. He should have forced Rondo into being a scorer. Rondo always looks to pass fist and if you sag off him and force him to have to score he is alot less effective. He didn't double team Davis, let who ever is guarding Rondo double Davis. Stotts got out coached, didn't prepare the team enough or make adjustments but yet it's Oshley that needs to go. We also ran into a team that was clicking at the right time. and Holiday did lock down Dame, but that's where Stotts running Dame off the ball should have come into play.

Anyways, Blazers fan overreact and get brain washed by that junk Canzano posts. Haven't read one of this articles in a while. I don't live in Portland anymore and haven't for 10 years, but still watch every game. But living in different places and reading articles, I can tell you the Oregonian, mainly Canazo and Jason quick before him are the most negative writers I have ever seen outside of NY writers.

What did we gain from winning those 13 games? a 3rd seed?

Okay, so what did that 3rd seed get us? Home court advantage?

What did that home court advantage get us? Swept?

See how, when you trickle down the effect of it, how in the grand scheme of things, it didn't mean anything? The team didn't show up when it mattered.

It's like when someone gets a triple double in a loss. It's still a loss.

If only Olshey had engineered a little flexibility when he overpaid the guards, instead of always thinking he has the perfect unchangeable roster. This article is about recent free pickups doing well in the playoffs, like Ty Lawson.

1.) Nobody reads Canzano in here, screw him.
    2.) It is Stotts fault.
3.) Its also Neil's. I hate how condescending he is, and I hate the way he brags about regular season success. Makes me think nothing is gonna get done this summer.

The fact that we had 49 wins and were the youngest playoff team based off average age. And the fact that we'll have to be creative in order to improve the team, and he hasn't shown creativity here.
