Sure, if you want to look at just one 4 game series rather than a career. Watching the GS/ Pelican series (and I know GS is one of the best if not the best in the league) the Pelicans are no longer hitting the same shots they did against us. Sometimes it becomes a perfect storm with Pelicans playing above their capabilities and the Blazers playing below. The results of the series end up like what happened. Was it good? No. Is it repairable? yes.

The only other team in the playoffs right now that I’ve seen not use any lobs to bring a vertical threat is the Raptors, a team coached by another Carlisle deciple. We never use lobs even though we use so much pick n roll. And it’s not a Nurkic thing because even when we had Plumee we didn’t do it often enough. It’s a staple in almost all of the best teams offenses and brings so much more spacing in the paint for the guards.
