I'm coufused, I am having the same problem. I download the video from the site. I open Imageready. Go to open and click on the video and its all layers are all white.
I'll explain it if anyone doesn't understand that tut:1. First you can download super here2. Next, copy the URL of the youtube video you want an avatar of.3. Go to http://www.keepvid.com and put the url in the box thing and click download and you should get an option that says download this (.flv) so just click it and save it to where ever but remember to end the save with .flv to save it as a flash video.4. Once it is saved, open Super and right click in super and add multimedia files and open the youtube video. Then change the output to .gif(for making avatars) and the next one to animiation.5. Click encode and it will start it up.6. Open imageready and open the encoded video file and you should have it there and you can delete any frames you don't want.
