As long as he is a Yankee, Boone cannot ask too much of this guy. He does not seem to want to improve his game.......he just implodes with runners on base. Yes, he should have been moved. Change of scenery looks to be his “out” ticket.
Betances sure managed to shit on Germans' fine game today. And yeah the man has been flaky for quite some time. That runner on base getting to him is around the Leagues. What we saw today was an example of that type of implosion. Needless to say folder did not do much better. As we used to say in the Army if you can't hack it, pack it.
