Wait, so you criticize others for "not answering your questions" and "deflecting", but when I ask you a direct question, you do the same thing? Interesting. I think there's a word for that...

As for the questions you are asking me, I don't doubt that there are better ways to bring awareness to an issue, but that doesn't mean that this particular way is ineffective or wrong. And whether this has made things worse--no, I don't believe it has (something I addressed in my prior post answering your earlier questions).

I have family who has served as well and they feel differently... again, you think it’s only your opinion that matters... sad

You've essentially said that if a single military family is offended, their opinion is the only one that matters. How is that any better?

Assume much? Don't say idiotic things. I'm not angry at all. Or is that your MO? Accuse black people of being angry much?

Looking at your posts about this, YOU seem to be the one that's angry... :dunno:

I didn’t say it’s the only one that matters... I said their feelings should be respected because they make sacrifices and there are other better ways to protest

No, you seem to think it's only YOUR position that matters. @HCP is ex military and his opinion weighs WAY more heavily than yours IMO.

It's ok to take knee for God in front of anyone who doesn't believe but kneeling for the flag is a problem...

You didn’t serve your country and use the fact that you have “family” that did in your post.......that’s sad.

    When you say...

...you're saying that that family's opinion is the only one that matters.

What about the families of the numerous murdered black men by police? Who will stand up for them? Do the rights of military families matter more than the rights of the families of victims of police brutality?

If even one family of a victim finds your posts to be bigoted and ignorant does that mean we can ban you from posting? Charge you a fine?

Idk what freedoms you are talking about that you seem so adamant to defend the military for. Maybe it’s The freedom to limit the rights of someone who doesn’t look like you? That’s all you really seem interested in.

This entire post assumes 2 things: 1. Kneeling for the anthem is the only way to bring awareness to police brutality, 2. That kneeling for the anthem has been effective in bringing change... neither of those is true... and anyone with a heart cares for both military families and victims of police brutality... also my family is immigrants from another country so you are stereotyping me because of my views
