Around the NBA - Conference Finals

It was driving me crazy, the offense was so bad. BUT it was a really competitive game both teams had a chance until the last couple minutes so in that respect it was fun to watch them battle it out.

 

Not.

Swayed.

 

For Cleveland to win they will have to have Rodney Hood play, and play out of his mind. He is the only player other than LeBron, Love, and sometimes Clarkson that can get his own shot. Not to mention they have to fix their D and that won’t happen.

 

he's not done yet....he still has to play baseball and make a comeback

 

To me he is the best ever but to the oldheads and the haters... this is significant

 

Lebron was there last year, with Kyrie.

 

Lol I felt like we just watched a 90s basketball game... ugly and hard fought but not exactly beautiful

 

I still go MJ then Kareem. It’s basically impossible to compare eras in sports though. I’m only 32, So not that old... Lebron wins this year I’ll let him be #1.

 

LeBron is gonna be an Iron Chef once he retires, gonna smash Bobby Flay in the kitchen.

 

Hey guys, did Game 7 decided this series? Kingspeeds trying to tell me it DIDN'T.

 

I think Flay quit doing iron chef though.

 

But game 8 is even more crucial... because it was Kobe’s first number, something something mamba mentality?

 

He would come out of retirement to face him.

 

Biggest thing keeping him from being the GOAT is that he left Cleveland to ring chase and in doing so had that awful..."The Decision" drama....loyalty gets big pts from me but on the court as a player he's as good as anyone to play the game ever....the oldheads and the haters sounds like a Seattle grunge band to me..

 

I hope not lol.

 

MJ is still GOAT for me but the line is so razor thin that Lebron is up there, followed by Kareem.

Crazy to think how much we all admired him before hating him after he joined the Heat to having him earn everyone's respect and admiration back again with these last few Finals appearances. Better enjoy this time now because the league won't be the same after Lebron retires.

 

I didn’t care about the decision, his choice, his life he played out his contract. I feel the same way about KD and Lamarcus. I think for me it was how it at least appeared like he quit before he left Cleveland, then the Dallas series was pretty bad too. I think by the end of his career he will definitely be the best ever though. He’s pretty incredible. I also think if you watch him you can tell he’s learned from the “mishaps” in his career.
