    I define poor as much more dire circumstances...most set workers and show staff are union...they'll work 5 minutes after a show ends on another show..union scale...not in the poor category at all

    No one is saying that Roseanne can't say those things. Her twitter account is still active. But ABC does have the right not to be in business with her anymore. There is no thought police. Personally I thought what she said was pretty vile but in reading her twitter account she was on a rant for the last 17 hours where she kept posting more and more outrageous things because she loved the attention. Actions do have consequences.

    She's always been outrageous but I don't recall her being hateful.

    But I never really followed her or her show. I do remember her doing TV commercials for Vons grocery store when I lived in LA. They were funny.
