I love me some Gardner's! Can't beat a real butcher shop. Just saying that for the price the Rib Eyes at Winco have been delicious. I did a butter and minced garlic thing tonight on one of them on the BBQ tonight.

Costco sells choice and prime. Ribeyes don't have to be the best ever to be great.

There was no Winco where I was in CA. I had my choice of Vons or Ralphs. One had steaks and chops I could eat, the other not so good. But the other had good sea food, shrimp and fish that was good.
Dammit! One had good bread the other good cookies. You can believe how often I got this backward.

Don't do buffets very often but all the station casinos have buffets. One would have good fried chicken and the others would suck and so on

    Vons is owned by Safeway.

Ralphs is owned by the same company that owns Fred Meyers.

Red Rock's was better than average but not as great as some say it is.

Never heard it was great. Haven't been to the bacchanal at Caesars for a couple of years but it is the only strip buffet I'd go to. The M was great when it opened, then went south fast and recovered somewhat after bad reviews.

The Bacchanal was awesome! Get the Caesars Visa card, free buffet and line jump, lol.

The buffet at the Golden Nugget was surprisingly good for lunch when we went. It's small but everything was cooked there. Also talked to a couple of ladies putting out the desserts, one had been there 30yrs, the other 20yrs, they fix all the desserts. Fucking bomb!

Last I remember it was about 40-50 bucks. Ten times the buffet for twice the price. You don't have to gorge to get your money's worth. Went to the Wynn on wife's birthday three years ago. Sucked. People often put them on par with bacchanal. Not me
