1968 was the scariest year of my life...when they killed the Kennedy's, this country lost its compass..and still hasn't recovered; https://www.independent.co.uk/news/...n-bobby-california-us-explained-a8385451.html I'll never forget Ted's eulogy for his Brother at Bobby's funeral...probably the best speech he ever gave;
^^^^^ long live the spirit of Bobby Kennedy.... Normandy- the Planet still moans - t/D-Day Invasion. 37,000 Allied ground forces soldiers perished, with 16,714 USAF Men also dead; 209,000 total Allied Forces injured or dead. 425,000 total Allied & Axis soldiers injured or dead during this incredible invasion. Rest in peace!!
Me neither I was approximatley -10. But, (there's always a but)... My ancestors initially resided in Fécamp, Normandie; before departing to Québec 350 yrs ago. Whenever Kim says I have a hot temper, I tell her it's the Viking blood mixed with French aka Normans, makes me blood-thirsty.....
OT: speaking of blood thirsty, and this is no joke. When I was 16 cooking at t/local steak house; Frank Zappa & His Wife along with Don Van Vliet (aka Capn' Beefheart) came into eat; pulling up in a Rolls Royce Corniche. How in the world did Frank order his Spencer steak??? "Blood rare, 10 seconds each side".... his own words. They say Zappa wasn't a stoner, but I've never seen anyones eyes soooo redddd...!!!
^^^nope, although he he had a thing for women, Zappa didn't do drugs...and would not hire anyone who did use them...he was too meticulous about his music. ...this interview with Steve Vai will give you an idea of just how meticulous he was.
