I use a shower chair to take my showers. I can't stand for long periods of time which I'll define a shower as a long period of time for me. Works like a charm. I stand up for about two minutes and then sit for the rest of the shower.

As for cancer, I'm a survivor.

I might add that I can't take either aspirin or advil. I'm also alergic to narcotic pain meds so my only meds are lidocaine and tylenol which I take for my arthritis. I live with the pain during the day and just take the tylenol at night so I can sleep. Tylenol may be weak but it's better than nothing and better than tearing up your stomach.

Off hand, I'd say any Lesbian worth her salt would rather commit suicide than join the Republican party. I could be wrong but I'm pretty certain I'm right.

Well I hate to give advice unless asked, but sometimes the elderly need a little. Aspirin is indeed hard on the tummy clear through to the outlet. It tends to turn up the acid generation.
But one does need some help with pain in the old get along. You might try Ibuprofen along with a small aspirin, like the 81 mg pills. Together they do work amazingly well.

Don't think you are right there Lanny. Any Republican whom might be a lesbian, just isn't likely to tell you what you don't need to know.

I suspect this is true. The GOP has many facets - not all of them related to same sex marriage and equal rights - and some are likely to identify with them over other things. Per usual, it is a question of priorities.

    I'm elderly? That is debateable.

I get medical advice from my doctor.

Similar thing happened to my father several years back, he was taking too many aspirin (is that the plural?) and it finally got the better of him and he had to be life flighted across the state to OHSU. He spent a whole week in the hospital over it.

He got really lucky, it lead to a bleeding ulcer right by an artery, luckily they cauterized it.

Why then did you take aspirin until you had a problem? Learning as you age is a requirement to become elderly.

Are you? I just googled it and there doesn't seem to be a set age.

I'm getting close to elderly from what I saw and I'll be 44 soon.

    Great news!

And I'm always happy to see the arts and libraries receive support from individual donations, which dilutes government influence and censorship.

I have seen no evidence of government censorship of San Francisco Ballet or of the local library. Sadly, the Trump administration has issued a policy mandating censorship of women's health care. Because he has the best brain and knows more about women's health than women or our doctors. I am in favor of public support as well as private donations to healthcare, arts, and literacy. Unless one is a billionaire, private legacies are a help but no substitute for public support.

I have no doubt you do.
I once read that the only people that support confiscation of wealth so that is can be redistributed are those that have given up on having any.
Since you deny being elderly, are you not then early?
