    Interesting to hear Vascular-surgeon refer to Severino and Kevin Appier in the same breath. Appier was a local Hometown boy/prodigy, who played Little League against my brother seriously.
    Appier was a flamethrower at age 12. Amazed me Ape made it to MLB, not cuz he didn't have tons of talent, he did. Ape had 1 helluva curveball at age 11. One his coaches encouraged. I Always expected Ape 2 blow his arm out at an early age, but he only got better, when he was already unhittable...

    How low will Sanchez’ batting average go? Right now his BA is .192.........and still
    batting clean up. I guess he’s creating a new meaning for “clean up” in baseball!

    Frazier should shake the first base umps hand. He swung at that pitch and ump said he didn’t go. Next pitch, HR. By the way, it’s officially time to bench Sanchez indefinitely and Bird. Two of the worst hitters up there. No clue what they are doing. Didi can see some pine too now that Torreyes is back.
