Rinds are great with a coke. I like the heavier and smaller crunchy ones much better than the puffy ones.

They help me maintain my boyish figure.

This is my favorite @SlyPokerDog Post of the decade. I had occasion to reuse it within hours. Of course I was primed and ready.

    Bump for bacon lovers.

Discovered a new way to kick up the bacon flavor. I'm not talking about one bam. This kicks the flavor up 3 or 4 blowup you taste buds bams.. And it is legal.

Had some rub left over from the 4th baby back rib BBQ. Tried the same rub on bacon, wow. Here is how.

Start with a binder to hold your favorite rub to the bacon. I used a cheap yellow mustard. But I would bet the good mustard will work as well, or better.

Apply a thin coating of mustard to only one side. Bacon is thin and one side will be enough. Then apply a thin coating of rub to the mustard. Let it sit for about 15 minutes, or until the rub is wet, and sticking to the bacon.

I cooked the rub side down first. Some of the rub will cook out, then get picked up by the other side when you flip the bacon.

The only down side is. The bacon does not get real crisp, if that matters to you.

    Good eats.... Bam! BAM! Bam!

this sounds a bit like a "bacon candy" I do on my RecTec. Except I alternate between dijon mustard and honey (depending on the day), and I use a brown sugar/cayenne rub. But almost everything else is like you said. I go 250 for 40 minutes (it's not quick), but I get a tender-y, chewable bacon with just enough crust to crunch.

    Wow, that sounds tasty.

Since honey works, I bet real maple syrup would also work great as a bidder.

So many options, all of them good.

    My motto is:
I only have so many meals left in this lifetime. And I want to enjoy every one of them.

If the blue pill lasts more than 4 hours, you should immediately contact a physician

Maybe it's meant the other way around.

There are a lot of sex-starved physicians out there who want you to contact them? :dunno:

Agree, a nurse might work better, for some men.

Try this. Wrap a chunk of pineapple in bacon and secure it with a toothpick. Then, sprinkle some brown sugar on the bacon. Next, broil the bacon wrapped pineapple in the oven until the bacon is nearly crisp.

    You can thank me later.

To address the lack of blood flow to the cranium that has been caused by the blood migrating to the lower regions....

The symptom will be corrected when the cause is mitigated.
