    Olshey really looking at the guard position for next year. This really not good for Pat or Napier coming back next year.

    Nope, they’re probably both gone. Pat will be replaced by a vet TBD. For now his replacement is Trent Jr. Napier’s replacement is Baldwin but I wouldn’t be surprised if they added a veteran point guard as insurance. Someone like Jameer Nelson or even Tim Frazier could be had for the minimum.

    True. He wants guys who can drain an open shot. Too many times, WIDE OPEN LOOKS were bricked by our bench players. That can't happen for this team to be successful.

    No and I don’t think the deadline to pick up his option is until after summer league. I don’t see any downside to keeping him around for summer league.

    I don't think you are crazy. Shabazz is helpful to have, but will likely cost too much to keep. Jake is a hot pile of garbage when he actually touches the floor. Pat, is not great. But he works hard and doesn't hurt the team while he is out there. He should never start or be the first guy off of the bench, but he gives the team minutes.

    Which is what happened in the playoffs against the Pelicans. In that article they have a picture of Cousins getting beat. With Cousins hurt the Pelicans were much quicker on defense with AD at the five.
