Overall, it was a pretty well reffed game tonight.
I knew the Bulls were the better team, but boy did they ever put their feet down the Heat's throat. That is a sign that this Bulls team is really growing up. To go from a good team to an elite team, you must be able to finish your opponent off when the opportunity presented itself. Good game by Deng and Gordon. Solid effort by Kirk. It just seems like Miami has zero answer for Luol Deng. It is obvious that it is a mismatch out there, no matter who is guarding him. Good to see Deng posting up a tad more. I hope the Bulls don't get suckered in by the Heat or the refs in Game 3. The only thing I have to say about Game 3 is just to play Chicago Bulls basketball, hard-nosed 110% all the time.

The mobility is gone, the repertoire is severely minimized, and the effort is shockingly and obviously less.</div> Exactly. He's really dissapointed me in this series, I'll admit it as well, he's really dropped off. His effort level going for rebounds is pathetic, he's not nearly as foot-quick as he was before which has made him easier to guard in the post. ------------------------- I only watched the second half, but Chicago again was impressive, the Heat were very slow to stop the perimeter shooters, and the Heat's offense is definitely missing a young scorer....(all the wasted 1st rounders over the last few years are catching up). I expect the Heat to take at least 1 game at home, but I expect the Bulls to pull it out, Wade will step up in Miami.
Luol Deng is gonna be an all-star next year. I love this guy's game so much. I think at one point he scored 12-15 points in a row for Chicago and helped put the game away in the 4th. He has such a good all-around game and is continuing to show why it is not worth it to trade him for Gasol.
It's becoming increasingly obvious that if Wade doesn't get a bigger role and isn't a bigger factor, this will be an easy series for Chicago. As said above, I expect Wade to show up big in Miami.

Wade and Shaq have too much pride to get swept in the first round. All the guys better step up at home or this will be a very disappointing season.
I don't think we will get a sweep here, although I hope we do of course, but I also would hope that the majority of the players on the Heat would have more heart then to get swept in round one.
