The Cavs are fine with their rotation and I like Daniel Gibson. He's going to be your future starting PG. I know, I know, Eric Snow is garbage but just wait it out, you all will be fine. but not this year, the Pistons are going to knock you out again in less than 7 games. I dont think anyone really needs Telfair right now.

I'm sorry, but Gibson is not a starting point guard right now. In time, he definitely could be, but he is most certainly not ready to take over the offense of a Eastern Conference contending team. Cleveland needs a more experienced guard to start alongside Hughes.

I don't know if he meant like right now, but Gibson will be the point guard for us down the road in the near future. Larry Hughes is doing a nice job running the point for the team but we can all see he isn't a true point guard, never will be either. I like Hughes at the point though, I like seeing him with the ball in his hands because I think he can make things happen. He needs to know that he isn't the man like he was in Washington in the 04-05 season, and he really needs to be passing a lot more and trying to set up his teammates more often. I honestly think Sasha is good enough to stay at the shooting guard spot, he needs more touches and we need to resign him this off season.<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE </div><div class='quotemain'>Pistons are going to knock you out again in less than 7 games. Your right about one thing, this series wont last 7 games but I wouldn't be so sure about you knocking us out so easily.

You guys already have Dan Gibson, Eric Snow and Damon Jones at PG, even though they aren't good, how many more can you put on the roster? Sebastian Telfair is not the answer, he sucks, and you cannot afford Mo Williams or any PG outside Jannero Pargo and Jason Hart....and they aren't better than any of the other PG's you have on the roster....

Damon Jones, IMO wont be back next season so I think we can go out and get a point guard. We need to get rid of the dead weight on this team like Damon Jones, Donyell Marshall, Scott Pollard, David Wesley, and I think thats it. Hopefully we can find a way to get a point guard this off season, but I'd rather this team go out and sign a defensive big or trade for one. My hopes are landing a draft pick this off season and drafting a defensive big.

Your stuck with him and Donyell Marshall.

I'm sure u cavs fan may know(.) What ever happened to Shannon Brown(?)They could use telfair though for his passing(.) He could change his act and get better playing alongside another young talent like Lebron(.) Bostons has too many good young guards..and telfair is the least likely candidate to shine out of Rondo west and allen..well at least thats what I think(.)Yeah and I didnt read through this whole thread(.) So if there were any repitions then sorry about that(.)

I doubt we get much for him, I honestly would like to keep him and play him but whatever. Marshall is horrible, I'm done watching him miss every shot he takes.<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE (S_Guard @ May 14 2007, 04:03 PM) <{POST_SNAPBACK}></div><div class='quotemain'>I'm sure u cavs fan may know(.) Hes still alive though, I hope next season he can earn some time because I'd love to see the kid play more.

Please don't talk about Tony Allen when you are listing our point guards. [IMG] He's not a point guard in any way, shape, or form.
