    Lebron ruined it? How?

Boston did by creating the original Big 3. Lebron left as a response to Boston’s Big three.

And Boston’s Big 3 colluded together, if you recall, to waive no trade clauses and get them all in Boston together to make a run at a chip...

Yeah but in the end Boston still traded for Garnett and Ray Allen. If you are going that route then you can blame the Celtics of the 50's-60's and many great Laker Teams too. Or even the Knicks when they added Earl Monroe and Jerry Lucas to an already championship team. This is nothing new. In the past teams like the Celtics and the Yankees in baseball all became dynasties because they had the money to buy good players from teams who were struggling financially. But you are right, Lebron did not ruin it.

There have always been trades for disgruntled super stars, but I don't recall any time before the LeBron/Bosh move to Miami where multiple superstar players basically decided where they were going to go to create a super team. Yes, Garnett and Allen agreed to waive no-trade clauses to make that deal happen, but it wasn't their idea in the first place. Now we're seeing LeBron potentially doing the same thing again with LA, trying to round up Leonard and PG to take the Lakers from lottery to contenders in a single bound. That's bad for the league.

The only “new” thing Lebron did was show players how much power they have and how to use it. Even that Id argue isn’t really new, but the amount the players are using there power is certainly amped up since then.

I can see why it’s annoying, and for a lot of teams like the Blazers it sucks, but ultimately players have the commodity (in themselves) and should be able to do what they want with it.
I’m not trying to objectify human life’s with this statement, I realize how it may sound that way, and I apologize if that’s offensive, if I think of a better way to say it I will edit the post.

KD, Lebron, Aldridge, etc I may not like there decisions, especially KD and LMA but they should have and do have the right to make the decisions they want too.

Same with Kawhi if he get SAS didn’t have his best interests in mind, only their own interest then he should be able to get out of it, the teams can, and do (although not to the extent of the NFL, who can cut you because they feel like it).

I’d say it’s good for the league, the more competition for the warriors the better. Until the warriors and their 4 all stars split up, I think you’ll see stars trying to team up to beat them - they have to. But since the warriors came about due to a fluke in salary cap, it won’t be replicable and you’ll see it level off soon, imo.

Cleveland is so fucked now. They need to offload Love ASAP. For picks.

    Where will James go?

He as been on vacation in the Carribean.

There is a report he is now in the air on a private charter plane.

The plane is going to land in LA.

So is James going to the Lakers, Clippers, or one of his two LA homes, and make the GMs come to him?

Clearly he's going to his LA home to sign his next contract with the Portland Trail Blazers.

Odds are currently at -5000 that Lebron signs with LA.

Meaning, you have to invest 5k to make $100.

    Ridiculous

I think Shaq started this trend as much as anyone. Actually Drexler did it too.

He’s a Laker, I’m gonna be disgusted if they end up with Kawhi and Boogie/PG too. I guess I gotta root for GS in the WCF next season, that sucks.

No, that's completely different. Plenty of stars have switched teams over the years, but those were individual moves through free agency or trade, not clusters of stars working together to structure contracts and form super teams.
