    It is hard to imagine this guy (Olshey) was looked upon as a good to great GM back in his Clipper days. He has been anythng but that for us.

    Maybe. I hope Dame is because I would hate to see him leave, but unless Olshey knows how to fix this, it possible Dame leaves or requests a trade at some point.
