Did he not even mention the large TPE this time? It was obvious it wasn't getting used a few days ago, but now it's really obvious it isn't. I guess saving PA money really was the plan this offseason, and it'll be the same next offseason until Turner and Meyers are off the cap. I bet Olshey is still here at that point too.

I assume that rather than saying he's a liar because he hasn't used the TPE, it's more that @Labinot41 doesn't believe Neil when he claims he will use the TPE because he already perceives him to be a liar independent of the TPE usage.
