Nothing? what if Zach Collins averaged 12-8 next year, and it's because he needed minutes that would normally go to Ed?

Does anyone know, can we void the 1 year minimum contract for Baldwin and sign him longer term right now?

I'm not sure how it works because he was technically a two-way player that we promoted if that is different than normal but since he's only played one season with us we probably wouldn't have his Bird Rights so he'd have to sign for the remaining tax-MLE. That probably isn't enough to get him to stay long term.

Will we have his bird rights after next season?

That's a very tricky question. At worst we'd have his early bird rights. Technically he'd be a 1st round pick entering his 4th season so we might have something there that protects us but since we weren't the team that drafted him, I'm not sure. On the flip side there are provisions to re-signing 2-way contract players and he originally did start out as one with us but I can't find a rule for players that have been promoted in the new CBA.

So what kind of contract can we give him with early bird rights if he blows up this year?

I can't find an answer to my other questions therefore I can't answer this question. My guess is that both he and PapaG would be unrestricted free agents and the best we could sign Baldwin to would be the tax-MLE. However if he agreed to a one year deal, we would have his full bird rights at the end of the 2019-20 season and could sign him to whatever contract he wanted.

Then we should've let go of Aminu or given him some of Turners minutes at SF.

I don't understand why the Bulls are in there. Well, none of it makes sense, but they give up a decent backup PG for...Julyan Stone?

They're probably getting 2nd rounders or another unnamed prospect. They may be looking to sign a backup PG as well. I wouldn't be surprised to see them test out Isaiah Thomas. Apparently they aren't too happy with Dunn and Isaiah could actually steal some minutes there and he doesn't really have a suitor.
