I am so happy that the Browns passed on Brady Quinn. The Vikings are the only other possibility I see taking him, between there and Miami. Hopefully they do not, because if he falls to Miami at the 9th pick, he had better be picked up by Miami.
I'm happy with Brown, the Cards organisation apparently liked him more than Thomas anyway. I can see him making some big holes for Edge this year.

It's the only way to explain why they chose Calvin. That actually would be a smart move by Millen, Stanton could easily replace Kitna in a few years. :winkglasses:</div>I don't know how that's the onlyway to explain why they took CJ, but whatever. BTW, Millen better not blow this somehow.

I think Cards could have traded down for Levi. Could have gotten a mid pick and maybe a second.Im nervous about Peterson. I could see him going to Falcons. Dunn is getting old and injured
I liked Peterson a lot, but Brown is the right pick. Whisenhunt and Grimm I guess like him the best out of all the tackles and I'll trust their judgement. OT is a HUUUUGGGGEE need for us. This guy is huge and physical, hopefully he will help out and not be a bust for us. Drafting an o-lineman in round 1 produces a lot of busts so we'll see.

I don't think they could have gone far though, only a couple of places down.
Time to go play Madden, I'm done with this for now. I'll check back and see who was drafted where. Zach Miller!

Didn't ESPN do a study into the 1st round of the last 15 years? It showed it wasn't that risky.
I'm watchin draft now, so I'll be back around later to share my opinions.I've got one thing to say though, Sean Taylor + LaRon Landry = DEADLY

Better lineman come in the 2nd and 3rd round it seems, but I trust them.
Well I admit I was hoping the bears would trade briggs for the 6th pick but thats not happening now. Chestor Taylor and Adrian Peterson is a hell of a 1-2 punch..
