It's kind of like being a perennial 6th man of the year candidate. You are really good at just barely not being good enough.
It's like that but much worse. Did you see who the top 5 are? Besides Rashad Vaughn, they're nonNBA players.
More like always a bridesmaid, never a bride. At least a perennial 6th man of the year candidate is on an NBA roster and in the rotation. Guys like Archie Goodwin and Coby Karl before him are fringe level NBA players, often getting invited to camp, occasionally making the final roster cuts, but rarely sticking with a team for a full season. Who needs to date when we have the best of both worlds? We can be single but still get some from Mrs HCP whenever we want.
When I first heard them say that last night, I thought they said passing Kobe... Bryant. I was like. Holy shit WHo is this dude? Then I looked at the names ofthe previous highscorers.. I have no clue who any of them are.....
I dunno other than I know he came in right out of high school and rode the bench a couple years learning. So I thought he might have played a few summer games and dominated. Keep in mind we are discussing about a five second span of thought at most. Lol
Possible, but doubtful. He's, at best, 5th in career summer league points from his draft class (2005). Martell scored a total of 192 points in 14 summer league games. Fellow 2005 draftees: Andray Blatche - 283 points in 19 summer league games Nate Robinson - 248 points in 16 summer league games Anthony Roberson - 214 points in 14 summer league games Jason Maxiel - 204 points in 14 summer league games BNM
