Or possibly worst. It's actually not a bad deal for the other teams involved(Lakers meh, Suns get the better end). But your a Pacer fan.I shouldn't even be posting about this trade because I think it's spam. Look at the trade board on realgm.com. It's littered with stuff that would never happen.

With the Wizards lacking a solid starting center and rumors of Marcus Camby no longer being in Denver's plans for the future, I think Washington should pursue a similar deal.Washington trades:Antawn JamisonBrendan HaywoodRights to their 2007 draft selectionDenver trades:Marcus Camby_________starting lineups:PG: Gilbert ArenasSG: DeShawn StevensonSF: Caron ButlerPF: Darius SongailaC: Marcus CambyPG: Steve Blake (I'm not really sure if htey play AI or Blake at Point)SG: Allen IversonSF: Carmelo AnthonyPF: Antawn JamisonC: Nene Etan should be traded as well if Pecherov comes over.

Jazz trade:Andrei kirilenko, Gordon Giricek, First round pickBlazers tradeFirst round pick, Jamal Maglore. Why the Jazz do this. They get rid of Kirilenkos contract, and get a better back up than jarron Collins in Maglore. plus they use Portlands early pick to draft Roy HibbartWhy the Blazers do this. They get rid of Maglore, plus they add two veterens who would fit with their young team and help them mature. they don't really need any more young players either.

It's so-so for the Suns, but Marion is not a franchise guy.

The Pacers trade for Shawn Marion because it is clear that he wants to be a franchise player (and I think he can be) and the Pacers also clear the way for Ike Diogu.

MEM- Stromile SwiftWAS- Etan ThomasWhy for Washington? They get rid of player that has problems with Haywood and get a player who could replace him and will do good for the running game of the Wizards. Brendan Haywood recieves alot more minutes and now doesn't have to be distracted from arguing with Thomas. Why for Memphis? They get a hustle player who will do the dirty work and I thin thats what Memphis needs.:dunno:

He's a glorified role player. What franchise player can't create for himself, besides a few scores, can't handle the ball, can't really shoot well and is not really that smart. He has some great skills, but he's a role player, no better than a 3rd option.
