Butler is a massive flight risk. But if we can also dump Turner in the process, I'd do it.

A CJ/Turner for Butler/Gibson deal would be incredible for us. Gibson's deal expires next year and he's better than Turner, but this gives Minny something in return for both Gibson and Butler who might just both bolt next summer. Throw in a protected pick if needed.

It’s more likely that minny would want Collins. Thibs loves Turner and he has full control of moves so maybe a Turner/Collins/pick package would be enough.

Towns and Collins would be decent.

Like I've been saying everybody on the team is untouchable. It takes balls to do a big shake up and Neil or maybe it's Paul that doesn't have them.

    For what?

Phoenix is making moves. Used a second rounder to rid themselves of Jared Dudley too.

Well, he said "everybody on the team"..... ;)

I thought letting Ed walk for nothing was kind of the opposite of some of the things Olshey gets accused of, and opened him up for criticism now, and in the future.

It's not that he sucks so bad....he's a tremendous shooter/scorer. It's just that his style doesn't fit here very well with what we already have. In MIN, I think he fits much better, opens for floor more for Wiggins who then gets to play his more natural position, and is a legit scoring threat every night that can go for 30.

You better find a spot fo Leonard 'cause he's on the team. Would you play him at center or power forward?

No. His power forward numbers are beyond bad. He plays his best ball at center and that's where he should be playing.

Damn.... Bjelica gave Philly the Okie Doke to get more money and years from SAC!!

Nemanja Bjelica staying in the U.S. after all, reaches deal with Kings

Just days after backing out of a deal with the Philadelphia 76ers with the intention of returning to Europe, forward Nemanja Bjelica has instead agreed to a three-year contract with the Sacramento Kings, he told Yahoo Sports.

The deal is worth $20.5 million, per Yahoo, which reported that the third year is non-guaranteed.

Bjelica had agreed to a one-year deal with the 76ers but never signed it, and then informed the team that he would stay in Europe this season.

But Bjelica changed his mind after talking with Kings general manager Vlade Divac. Both are natives of Serbia.

"I spent a lot of time talking with Vlade and as an icon in our country, he has a unique perspective on what it takes to put yourself in a successful NBA situation and what it takes as a player to perform in that situation," Bjelica told Yahoo Sports. "The organization's belief in and commitment to me overwhelmed me and my family. I am ready to do everything I can to help the Kings and be a part of the Sacramento community."

Bjelica spent the past three seasons with the Minnesota Timberwolves. He averaged 6.8 points and 4.1 rebounds in 20.5 minutes in 2017-18.
