Re: I'm Impressed I love this team man, unlike the Phoenix Suns this team actually plays defense. I've never really had the chance to sit down and watch them for a whole 48 minute game but tonight I did and I got to say I'm very impressed. I'm also glad to see Stephen Jackson doing well there, its about time he stayed out of trouble and started making a good impact on a team and I hope he continues to do well. Baron Davis has just been a stud lately, and all that to go along with MP, Al Harrington, Andris Biedrins, Monta Ellis, and even Matt Barnes. This team is so fun to watch man, I can't wait to game 5. And if they don't get more national tv games next season I'm gonna be pissed.

Re: I'm Impressed They don't play tough man to man shut down defense like eastern conference teams do but they play scrappy fighting defense that leads to all of those deflections and fast break points. They just need one more guy in the middle imo.

Stats tell you they are a good defensive team, but that's not the case. 15th in the league, based on what? EDIT: I'm also not trying to trash them, because I definitely must say that their team defense has impressed me in this series. They have been great.

Again, they are doing a great job as a team defensively in this series (trapping, doubling, switching, forcing turnovers), but Golden State still is a not a very good man-to-man defensive team.

Overall, as a healthy team the Warriors are the second best offensive team in the league, and the #15 team in the league, which means they're an average defensive team, and a great offensive team. They're a notch below Phoenix, who is the #1 offensive team and #13 defensive team.
Re: I'm Impressed I love the Warriors, I really really do, but they are not better than the Suns on defense. The Suns let up so many points because they play so fast, this will obviously give the opposition more chamces to score. However, if you look at opposition FG% then the Suns are ahead of a lot of teams.
