^ 7 games? You honestly think that if the Spurs by some slim chance lose at home AGAIN, that they would lose in Denver the very next game as well? The Spurs I think are going to clean up this series in 5. Denver put up their best effort for alot of the game last night....I dont think that they can play much better than that.

Exactly. If Denver can't win two games on their home floor, what makes you think they will go ahead and win one in SA, as well as another one in Denver?Believe me, the series is over.

Serge is on some very heavy drugs at the moment, no way will the nuggets get this series to go to 7 games, it would take a hell of a effort from the denver nuggets to make that ever happen, which I highly doubt will.

BigMo, the play that killed us was when JR passed it into Horry we were down by 4 and went down by 12 (I'm pretty sure) after two 3's and a basket.

But I was talking about the 3-4 minute mark at the end of Game 4...

Karl benches Smith for remainder of series:<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE </div><div class='quotemain'>San Antonio Express-News -Nuggets coach George Karl, who said the Spurs had "out-tricked" the Nuggets in winning Game 3, is about to pull the dirtiest trick of the series on the Spurs: He's sitting mistake-prone J.R. Smith for as long as the series lasts."He's done," Karl said.Asked if the ill-advised, 26-foot shot Smith launched when the Nuggets trailed by four points with 26.9 seconds remaining in Monday's Game 4 had been the "straw that broke the camel's back" for Smith, Karl nodded his head."That shot," Karl said, "I have no idea what planet that came from. And, of course, the one with eight seconds to go from 50 feet.""I just love that," Karl said, his voice dripping with sarcasm, of Smith's heave near the end of the game. "I love the dignity of the game being insulted right in front of me."Asked why he had played him in Game 4 after the costly mistakes Smith had made in Game 3, Karl defended his decision."He's a good-bad player," Karl said. "You evaluate his good and evaluate his bad. He had good plays in Game 3 and he had good plays in the game before that. But you've got to be mentally more secure and tougher than he showed in Game 4."</div>

Melo is getting killed out there and they call him for 3-4 offense of fould for 2 games are you kidding me 3-4 offense of fouls when he is getting killed is beyond AWFUL. And did out bench score double figures atleast once even so far in a game? NOO JR, KL, ect............ have done nothing yet think if they would catch fire from 3 were AI/Melo could get breathing room atleast. All 3 loses came by less then 10 point had a chance each of those games. And they have deff not played there best Melo had 3-4 offense of fouls in 2 out of 4 games and that is just offense of fouls. AI not getting any calls, and the bench has done nothing yet they had a chance each of those games with out playing there best.Think about the 2 games the reffs called those bunch of offense of fouls on Melo that changed things a lot when Melo has to sit. Think about AI missing all those open shots he would usually make in his sleep, and think about getting nothing from the bench. You still actually think Denver has played the best they can? I don't think so, but that's just me man.<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE (BigMo763 @ May 1 2007, 04:17 PM) <{POST_SNAPBACK}></div><div class='quotemain'>Exactly. As for game 6 I just hope they will with home court, but they have sucked at home this season so I would bet more on Denver winning game 5 at Spurs then game 6 back at Denver if it was to go back to Denver.I am not saying Denver will win, but I still think they can pull of 2 wins, and force a game 7 then Spurs win.<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE (Amare320 @ May 1 2007, 04:34 PM) <{POST_SNAPBACK}></div><div class='quotemain'>Serge is on some very heavy drugs at the moment, no way will the nuggets get this series to go to 7 games, it would take a hell of a effort from the denver nuggets to make that ever happen, which I highly doubt will.</div>Check my reply to (ballerman2112) Denver hade had a chance to win each of the 3 loses, and have yet to play there best I think atleast. And haha good thing Karl is benching him even though he can really give a huge spark of the bench he is just to wild those shots he took. Like Karl said they were down by 4 with what 40 seconds left the play was for AI, or Melo to take the shot but he takes it him self I mean come one have a brain. LOL

From a Suns standpoint I'm really really not liking this series right now. You got Horry steppin up doing his thang, and the Spurs are in stride.
