Severino & Robertson were the pitching goats today. Bases loaded fuck up by Wade and Stanton failing to produce and the base running fuck up by Torres. Too many bad gigs today. This team has failed to beat second rate teams and has many games remaining with such.

...this game and the same 4 man/4 inning strategy I spoke about earlier is proven once again....when you march 4-5 different pitchers out there during a game, the odds of at least one of them having a bad outing are very likely...and today we saw 2 of them shit the bed, (Robertson and Shreve)

...but I doubt they will ever admit this inane strategy is just wrong.

Well, Robertson sealed and delivered a humiliating loss to the lowly KC Royals.
Atypical that this team comes back to within a run of tying the game to have one of their
“reliable” relievers to put the game out of reach. Shreve in my book is not reliable.....he’s
not even major league material, but Cashman can’t hide this POS....making a ‘no move’
this GM’s lack of pitching knowledge very noticeable.

As for Severino, his last four starts tell us something is amiss. He possibly can be pitching
on fumes. It looks it. It will be interesting to see how baBoone handles his ace. With win one
lose one trend, the ‘smoke & mirrors’ team is looking very ordinary.

Fire Boone for this fucking line up and get piece of dick Tyler wade who blows chunks off this team. Every opportunity this kid gets he shows how overmatched he is and I don’t give 2 shits about his triple A stats. I hope someone asks Boone in post game presser if he was trying to lose the game with this line up and with the off days and all the rain outs how the hell can any of these guys need a day off for Christ’s sake. Put your best line up in there and stop with your analytical bullshit already. The fans there today should get a refund ha omg to shell out good money to watch this Mickey Mouse line up. I am pushed at losing a game to this pile of crap KC team who doesn’t even have moustakis

Gotta putc Sevey in the at bed shitters group as well. Long gone are the days of Six inning starts followed by Gossage and Davis. I heard Girardi say that a manager has to know how to use his bullpen. Boone, is neither a manager nor master of the diamond moves. What he did sitting on his daddys lap don't work in real game situations. Meanwhile the Yankees have teams in their rear view mirrors. Somewhere Girardi is laughing his ass off while Boone the communicator lets the Yankees know they have lost another game.

There should be cause for alarm with this Yankee team. A one game playoff does not look to be to our
advantage...not based on Severino’s last few appearances. And the hodge-podge lineups put out by baBoone,
show the manager is playing a dangerous game.....and it’s not a winning one.

I wonder whose decision it was to put “Toe” on the AAA Scranton roster....instead of keeping him on
the parent club? This team has not been the same.

What lineup would evrryone be happy with...double header today and an afternoon game tomorrow with your ACE starting game 1.

    Gardy wont play both games.
    What other options are their?

Want to know why that’s a bogus excuse? Because they were just off yesterday and are off again on Monday. I’d get it if they weren’t off for a while, but they will be off on Monday so there is zero reason to not put out a winning lineup. And also, he has Walker, Wade and Robinson in the lineup AGAIN tonight. You’re an apologist for the manager, which is fine. But realistically Boone is the reason why this team is slumping and playing .500 ball. He’s allowed players to coast and get away with it and now he is reaping the consequences of it.

Give me the lineups you would use.

    And tomorrow...

And the upcoming red sox series.

your ace on the mound vs kansas fucking city... and guess what...they gave up a shit ton of runs. Mantle, maris and the 61 yanks would have lost too when your pitchers give up 10 fucking runs!

Thry didnt lose 2 to fucking 1

They play tomorrow and then are off Monday! You start your best lineups, which does not mean you have Walker, Wade and Robinson in the lineup for both games. And great they went 4 for 9 but left 6 on base. And that 4 for 9 is skewed with Walker going 3-4. Wade and Robinson went 1 for 5. I don’t care if one played, but to put ALL 3 out there in both games is ludicrous. Lineup should be Gardner, Hicks, Stanton in OF, Andujar, Didi, Torres and Bird in IF, Romine as catcher for game one. Ace or not, you bury a team as shitty as the Royals in game one and get it done. Then game two lineup is Stanton, Hicks, Robinson in OF, Andujar, Didi, Walker in for Torres since he just came back from DL and you don't want to push him, and Bird in your IF with Higgy as catcher obviously. Any other questions? Or do you want to keep giving Boone more excuses?

...lol...sorry Al, it's not our responsibility to make out the line up card...that's what they pay Boone for....and 1961 has nothing to do with now, and if it were, the Yanx would not even be in the PS sweepstakes.

...and comparing the '61 Yanx to this version of pinstripers is laughable...so much for revisionist history.
