The man is rotten to the core. You'd think people would realize that a man cheating on his first two wives and then marrying the women he was cheating with would be a clue to all but the blind. Are there really that many blind people in the world?

Giuliani says he has looked all over the law books and can find nothing on collusion. He should look under treason, conspiracy to defraud the United States, election fraud, etc.

Well, he is correct. But then you guys do not want to prosecute Trump for a crime. You want to impeach him for a High Crime.
Basically a High Crime is what ever the House will bring as a charge and then the Senate will convict on. No statutes required.

Now you know they is no way in hell you get the Congress to do this. Maxine can beat the drum all day every day and it ain't going to happen.

This congress - you are correct. Next congress - we shall see.

When the evidence of crimes is presented, there will be a lot more willingness to impeach.

Collusion is not a crime, but conspiracy is. That is really what everyone is talking about.

But no, @MarAzul is incorrect. "High crimes and misdemeanors" is not some namby pamby, whatever Congress says it is thing. There have been 17 impeachments of federal officials since 1787. Courts have long defined what the term means. It has roots going back to English Common Law, that is why the framers used that particular term.

Essentially, "high crimes and misdemeanors" include allegations of misconduct such as perjury, abuse of authority, bribery, intimidation, misuse of assets, dereliction of duty, unbecoming conduct, and refusal to obey a lawful order.

The term "misdemeanor" in this sense is not the same as is commonly used today. It has to be a Very Big Deal to impeach and remove someone from office.

If Trump ends up guilty of anything it'll be obstruction, witness tampering, money laundering tax evasion or misuse of campaign funds. He has collusion fall guys all around him. I doubt he has a collusion paper trail under his own name if there is one....obstruction would be the charge I would expect....he's called investigators and witnesses liars, crooks, etc.....this is where his troubles truly lie....tampering with witnesses and harassing prosecutors of the investigation..he has absolutely crossed those lines.

Perhaps, but this is not going to court. So it is up to congress to define what charge they will bring and what charge they will convict on
    or not.

Yes, after the next Congress is in place and impeachment of the President is still off the table, I think it is time then to begin impeachment of those that advocate this sort of insurrection.

    ..."insurrection"?

    ================================

...the Bill of Rights were put into place for a good reason, and provide for the citizens to be able to speak out and take action against a government that has run amok.

"When governments fear the people, there is liberty. When the people fear the government, there is tyranny. The strongest reason for the people to retain the right to keep and bear arms is, as a last resort, to protect themselves against tyranny in government."

    Thomas Jefferson

    Witches don’t exist.

Witches might exist, but the Russians didn’t have anything to do with it.

We didn’t engage in any Russian witchcraft

Witches still don’t exist, but if they do, the democrats and Crooked Hillary are definitely witches

    Witchcraft isn’t a crime
