Anybody going to see it this weekend? I wanna see this for sureIt's gonna be hothttp://youtube.com/watch?v=wxyg3mhY9Q8
Not this weekend, but I'm planning on it. I thought the first two were pretty good, the last one was kind of corny though, so I hope this is better.
I don't think the last one was that corny but definitely not as good as the first SpidermanThis one looks like they came out REALLY STRONG though and wanna leave a lasting impression..I'm not sure if this is the final Spidey though
That would suck if 3 is the last. The trailer looks so cool. I'm definitely going to see it, maybe not right away though.
They said they're trying to make six Spiderman movies but the cast has not agreed yet. I'll see it eventually but this one does not seem as interesting as I want it to be. I do want to see what happens between Spidey and Green Goblin's son.
More than likely on the end of it's run in theaters. I'm not trying to catch one of these crowds. Also, I can only hope this is the last Spider-Man. These actors have careers, they are not trying to make Spider-Man the rest of their lives(word Chris Tucker). It gets old for them and the franchise also loses it's muster. Comic book sequels have the formula for bigger, and after a while that in itself blows up in the studios face. Ex. Batman series, X-Men : The Last Stand.Oh and Sam Raimi needs to move on to other things. Like a return to horror. He's too talented to be doing the same stuff.
I'm going with a group of friends to see this over the weekend. (If it's not too packed ) I'm pretty excited about this film, the $258 million budget speaks volumes for how this movie will turn out. I loved the first two, this one looks like the best of the trilogy.

Just because it has a large budget, doesn't mean it will be great. Van Helsing anyone? I'm more for practical effects than CGI. I think Spider-Man is CGI madness at times.

What about Napolean Dynamite? Mad nice movie, like 40 million dollar budget though.

Ugh, I hate the cast's for these Spiderman movies, what a bunch of uninteresting wussies. They have that little douche-bag playing Spiderman....Comic-book movies are not my thing.

Also, didn't you like 300?

It looks awesome. I am a huge fan of the 1st 2 films, was a weekly viewer of the '90's cartoon, and do have a few of the comic books. The only thing I hate about this movie is they made Venom as big as Spider-Man, and he has a high whine to his voice when he becomes Venom. Other than that, the movie looks awesome.
